THE TRANSITIONING OF THE BRITISH ARMY
Towards a post-sane military posture
Today I bring you part two on my brief series on the British Army. In this part I examine why the Army may have to resort to conscription - as trailered in the press last month - to offset a recruitment and retention crisis which is seeing experienced soldiers replaced with a diverse new intake.
Showing how diversity has affected the strength of the Army, this post will detail measures towards adopting pronouns, identity politics, and rejecting “toxic masculinity”.
It will also show how the Army has submitted to the boundless personal narcissism of sexual perverts, detailing one female impersonator’s proud claim to have “transitioned the British Army” - by his own example.
In part one (linked above) we saw how the British Army is shrinking as a matter of policy. Government cuts, ageing equipment and a recruitment crisis have contributed to the rapid decline of a once relevant military power.
Yet the problem is also one of retention - keeping the soldiers you already have.
The culture of the army is now inimical to the kind of men you would expect would want to serve in it. This too is a matter of policy, by action and also by neglect.
It begins with the terrible conditions on offer, and culminates in a culture antithetical to combat effectiveness - and to sanity itself.
POOR SHOW
As one former Colonel wrote in February 2023, there are obvious factors driving people out of and away from the British Army, such as
‘Poor accommodation, poor food, poorly serviced garrison towns, having to fill in for public servants who are striking when they are already on higher pay than the soldiers …”
Col. Philip Ingram gives the above reasons to explain why 16000 people left the army in 2022, with only 12000 new recruits coming in.
He says that the British Army is “desperate” to appeal to ex-soldiers it had previously kicked out,
‘Recruiting soldiers who have been administratively or medically discharged smacks of desperation, and the MoD really needs to look at why retaining people is so difficult…”
Why is retaining people so hard?
This is one of those mysterious mysteries which can never be solved, because the reasons are staring us all in the face.
This is the case with every such mystery, because the ideology which has created this problem is intended to make reality invisible.
It is an ideology which has captured the British Army.
THE ARMY DOES DIVERSITY DAY
Aside from the miserable conditions, the Army has been captured by the fantasy ideology, which trains all its cult members to be incapable of stating the obvious about anything. Where did this come from? From the very top.
It was novelty egg and former UK Secretary of Defence Ben Wallace who ordered the army to have a “Diversity Day” as part of OP TEAMWORK.
On February 8th, 2022, all serving regular and reserve soldiers were subjected to talks on racism, pronouns, hurty words and the need to consider the feelings of the kind of people who are rapidly replacing those British soldiers leaving in droves.
The method in this madness is rooted in demographic change.
With sane white men saying “sod this for a game of soldiers”, the Army has turned to diversity for its strength.
Losing every war since 1990 in horrible conditions also turns out to be a poor recruiting sergeant.
This was not bad enough, so the Army has decided to abandon itself to insanity as well.
Its new “Values and Standards” are a woke manifesto for change, which has also accelerated the British Army’s own change from a serious force to an international irrelevance.
As one US General said in January 2023, it is “no longer a top-level fighting force”.
Yet this transformation is no surprise. It is the direct result of policy.
NEW VALUES FOR NEW COMMUNITIES
The Army has turned to the trans community, the commonwealth community, and the hairstyle community in order to defray the cost of transitioning from the toxic masculinity of a “laddish culture” - which used to make it effective in battle.
This is what the Chief of the General Staff said in November 2021:
To help with this change from a masculine ethos which helps you fight wars, the army recently held a “Women in Leadership” event.
This suicidal idea for a fighting force was insufficiently cursed in itself, and so they summoned Gorlock the Destroyer. See if you can spot him.
Yes, the British Army has embraced the transition from sanity. It is also extremely gay.
It has become extremely gay in order to widen its appeal.
This diminishes its appeal to the kind of men who would actually fight, but that is OK too, because this means the “laddish culture” will be replaced by the one illustrated above.
The result is expressed in the following meme.
Laughing at this meme is an actionable offence, as of course is its display1. Why?
This cartoon is more serious than the reality it represents. The reality is a joke, which makes the actual joke rather serious in itself.
You are not allowed to openly laugh at this joke in uniform. It is a violation of the Values and Standards of the British Army, which seem sound at first glance, but are in fact the kind which promote the replacement of women and men with comical female impersonators. At whom it is forbidden to laugh.
If you do not take the joke reality seriously you will face serious consequences by people who do not find jokes funny.
This is because they are themselves a joke, and so is everything they claim to believe in to advance their careers.
There is a far more serious consequence to this joke reality than a grilling from the humourless commissars who police it.
It will get you killed.
RACISM SAVES LIVES
Why will marching under our new banner get you killed?
Here is a racist reason for that statement.
If your section (8 men warpersons) is composed of people who all speak a different native language, it will be harder to understand what is being shouted at you. Battlefields are known to be noisy.
It is hard enough to make out what people are saying when they are all native speakers of English.
This is true even when they are shouting directly into your face.
I am used to this, as my conduct attracts this sort of treatment for obvious reasons.
This means:
Diversity is not your strength in this situation. It will help to get you killed.
Simply put, you have a choice between diversity and competence. This is a choice between life and death. Yours. The Army has chosen the former.
If this is racism, then so be it.
“Racism” saves lives.
It is forbidden to say this because it is true.
A GENDER EQUAL ARMY
The UK government is committed to increasing female recruits to 30% by 2030 across all the armed forces. What has changed to encourage this?
There are two obstacle courses at the Army Officer Selection Board. One is easier. This one is for women. This is described as “gender equal”.
Yet passing a gender equal obstacle course does not eliminate real life differences. All combat soldiers must carry their own kit, and share spare ammunition, water and other items (javelin CLU for example).
This is of course sexist. What does this mean?
SEXISM SAVES LIVES
If your section (8 warpersons) has women in it, they will likely be incapable of carrying their own field kit, which can weigh over fifty kilos.
Without a bergen (the big warry backpack), what you stand up in and hold weighs about 22kg.
This means you will have to carry their kit for them - as well as your own.
Your kit is already so heavy it will probably get you killed on its own, and carrying it often results in permanent injury.
This report from the Royal Army Medical Corps in 1923 concluded
‘The fighting value of a soldier is in inverse proportion to the load he carries’.
In 1923, soldiers carried 27kg. In Iraq, it was 54kg. Without water.
If you have to carry someone else’s kit as well, you will move slower with lower morale. This means:
Strong independent women will help to get you killed.
JOIN THE ARMY = GET AIDS
It is forbidden to ask whether anyone is HIV positive, because that would be discriminatory.
It is not forbidden for you to get infected with blood-borne sexually transmitted diseases, as people with HIV are now admitted to the front line.
Thus, if anyone starts spraying blood, which people are wont to do when playing soldiers IRL, you may be infected with AIDS because of an Army policy defending Diversity, Inclusion and Equality.
Or, “get AIDS and DIE”.
TRANSITIONING THE ARMY
The British army has beclowned itself by adopting a fantasy ideology. It panders to the deranged, to the delusional, and is actively engaged in policy-assisted suicide. By the left - HONK HONK!
Subtract jokes from the awful food, the low pay, the terrible housing and the miserably low morale from losing every major war with rubbish kit and there is literally no reason to join up unless you are deranged.
If you are deranged, however, expect rapid promotion.
Warrant Officer Gorlock The Destroyer - womanface name “Deborah Penny” - is the British Army’s Warrant Officer for Diversity.
This is a job which has been created for identitarian extremists like him.
It has enabled Warrant Officer Gorlock to “transition the Army through my transition”, demonstrating two points:
One, anyone sufficiently disordered to do this to themselves sees their chief goal in life to make everything about them.
Two, the Army is now trans-sane.
The above article celebrating the army’s transition comes from the University of Lincoln’s Eleanor Glanville page.
“The EGI is the University's central department for equality, diversity and inclusion”.
Beside the piece is an advertisement for the government-backed “trans” charity Mermaids, best known for pushing sterilising “puberty blocker” hormones to children, and accepting funds from men dressed as demonic prostitutes in nursery reading groups.
This is but one of the dark fantasies which has displaced sanity in the British Army.
By design it has become unfit and unappealing to men who would fight in it.
The British Army has transitioned. Its pronouns are now was/were.

According to one report I received, a trainee infantry soldier was found on camp to have laughed at a meme like this. Perhaps this very one. What resulted was a hours-long “struggle session” where the lads had to sit in the floor in small groups to be lectured by humourless lesbians on why jokes are not funny.
It was made clear that repeated laughter at accurate descriptions of clown world could result in expulsion from the Army. No joke.
In another instance a mysteriously bumbling female “soldier” turned out to have an interesting day job: she worked for “Prevent”, a UK government initiative monitoring online and offline “rightwing extremism”.
A 2019 report leaked from the Army identified patriotism as a warning sign.
Women useless in combat are in fighting units to spy on jokes made by blokes who might love their country.
I teach in the RN. Literally spoke to a lad last week who tried to become a RAF officer and got rejected for being a straight white male. He even got a letter of apology from the RAF. Hes now a training to be a bog standard rating in the RN rather than flying a helicopter or something as an officer in the RAF. Shocking.
Horrific, shocking, and utterly heartbreaking. The England/Britain that we were born to is completely overrun and laid waste by these destructive ideologies. How did we not stop this? Britain now is a rotting corpse of a country, it’s shattered bones being picked clean by the carrion of immigration.
